Added a new Combat Record section to Skirmish.

Reviewed and adjusted AI difficulty, as the AI had become too challenging following the recent faster gameplay changes.

Airport cost has been reduced.
All Tesla units now require the Tech Center.
Adjusted the volume of several sounds.
FIXES
Fixed issues that could occur when switching from one faction to another after building an HQ from an Outpost.
Fixed a double-click selection issue with Tesla units that could incorrectly select the Hunter.
Fixed some other minor issues.
