Another quick patch focusing on major progression issues.
Unless urgent issues show up, this might be our last patch for a little bit as we work on more time consuming changes, fixes and features.

Fixed (another) issue preventing dialogue from progressing on Chapter 3 Quest New Queen Bee
Fixed an issue that would lock the game while trying to fish the jacket on a Chapter 3 Quest when playing on Mac
Fixed Royal Snail hat to not require City Reputation level to be used
Fixed inventory to remove items correctly to allow cooking fish fingers with more than one type of fish where each fish would be less than the total number of fish required for recipe but sum up to the required amount
