New games: Golf & Memory

  • Golf – Added Golf solitaire.

  • Memory – Added the classic card matching game.

New Settings screen

Settings have been redesigned and centralized into a single screen, allowing options to be changed without returning to the main menu.

  • New General, Audio and Themes tabs

  • New "Automatically place cards" gameplay option

  • Display options for fullscreen, transitions and animations

  • Card options for dealing speed, automatic card placement and move count

Improvements

  • Added a new white Mahjong tile set

  • Added Ctrl+N as a quick New Game hotkey

  • Improved the New Game popup

  • Improved the main menu layout to make room for more games

  • Added a card shine effect when turning cards face up

  • Improved card highlights during solution playback

  • Improved card double-click handling

  • Improved solvable deal generation and fixed-seed behavior across multiple games

  • Improved the Controls section in all "How to Play" dialogs

  • Updated the Accordion, Gin Rummy, Monte Carlo and Pyramid game icons

  • Improved the Gin Rummy end-of-round popup

Fixes & reliability

  • Fixed an issue with Accordion where "Give Up" could not be used to view the solution for solvable games

  • Fixed fixed-seed behavior for Gin Rummy and Hearts

  • Fixed a crash when audio was loaded on systems without available audio hardware

  • Added a crash handler to help submit diagnostic information when Solitar closes unexpectedly
