BROKEN SOUL : Boss Rush · public · first seen
Hello, this is BROKEN SOUL : Boss Rush.
Update 0.6.1 focuses on clearer battlefield information, more accurate monster positioning and hit detection, and greater movement variety in later stages.
- Updated the 3×5 grid guides across standard, boss, and rank-stage battle backgrounds for better visibility.
- Improved normal, magic, and guard-break attack warnings so targeted cells are easier to distinguish.
- Optimized high-resolution grid warning assets to reduce memory usage during battles.
- Ashbeast, Ashreaver, Dreadforge, Drownling, Gumiho, Hobane, Robo, Sandwraith, and Skyfallen now occupy a single central cell on the battle grid.
- Outside of attacks, player attacks connect only when aligned with the monster’s occupied cell. While attacking, the monster’s hittable area expands to match the lanes used by the active attack.
- Battle minimap markers now match each monster’s actual occupied cell.
- Their existing attack patterns and attack coverage remain unchanged.
- Starting at Stage Level 11, monsters may reselect their current or an adjacent horizontal position after completing an attack pattern.
- The trigger chance is 20% at Levels 11–20, 40% at Levels 21–30, 60% at Levels 31–40, 80% at Levels 41–50, and 100% at Level 51 and above. The current position may still be selected.
- Post-attack movement is limited to one grid step in total. If an A/B-lane transition occurs, an additional horizontal shift is skipped.
- In dual-enemy encounters, the fixed formation is preserved while both enemies are alive. Once one is defeated, the survivor can reposition normally.
- Fixed inconsistent A/B-lane transitions and post-attack positioning in certain animation paths.
Thank you for playing!
