Well, I finally did it! I got a working playtest update pushed to Steam. There’s less to do than there was before the Big Problem™ but you should now be able to launch and play the playtest again.
I’m still missing a lot of sound effects, quests, and upgrades, but it’s it a LOT better position than it was at my last update.
I even managed to get the build mode working with controllers, so now I can actually let you design your own base layouts however you see fit.
You'll also notice some updated art. I finally finished a full render of The Planet and added a little motion to things so you can enjoy it in all its splendor.
Ok, I’m heading back to work now, but go ahead and give it a launch and see if it’s working for you. If it’s not, please let me know either in the comments here, the Steam Forums, or on the Echo in a Void Discord Server.
