Foliage Changes
Fixed Collision on Small foliage - Berries, Cotton and Bushes in general were causing Vehicles to stop dead when driving over. Fixed collisions so that the Vehicle can drive through safely off-road, and not stop dead and cause damage.
Player no longer attempts to climb on bushes/branches, fixing above collisions also fixed this issue
Increased Hit radius for Melee weapons to compensate for collision changes.
Re-painted Foliage, Increased Density and draw distance
Foliage was too sparse and missing in areas. Trees, Bushes, Rocks & Stones now appear and render further away from the player
Loading Screens
Updated Loading Screens and level transitions. Levels now load faster, and loading screens are now present when loading into the main level
No more underwater/under level screen while the main level loads!
Updated and changed Tooltip text & hints on loading screens that load a random image & text
Bug Fixes
Fixed Sound settings being reset when entering/exiting Water
Fixed Campfire & BBQ Additional Temperature being added and removed when ignited/extinguished and in/out of vicinity.
Now when a player ignites the Campfire or BBQ, 6ºc is added when lit and -6ºc removed when out of range. Temperature now also reduces by -6ºc when fire is extinguished.
Made further adjustments to Pig Pen & Chicken Coop. Both are now always loaded. Pigs & Chickens now don't render out from distance. Changes make it so no more infinite animals spawning and also no more escaping animals!
Fixed Raiders from not spawning at Camps 2 & 3, found an issue with Array of raiders and spawners not set correctly
Fixed EXPLOIT - When player died previously, pressing X respawned the player with new starting items and dropped the Tombstone with player Items on death
(However) If the player pressed esc and quit game back to Lobby without respawning, on load back into game the player spawned back with all inventory items intact
The fix now removes the player inventory on death and only respawns the items in the Tombstone. If the player circumvents the knockout/respawn then the items are destroyed Game Changes
Removed Lockpick code from doors (All Residential area doors now open without the need for a lockpick)
Lockpicks remain in-game for now, but have no use currently
Added Wooden Sticks as fuel to Campfire, BBQ & Furnace. Placing Either Wooden Sticks or Wood Logs will auto-ignite and cook any raw food
Added "(Add Logs or Sticks to Ignite)" To Campfire & BBQ interaction text, the same is also present in the on-hover tooltip
Plot Pole Radius - Adjusted the Plot Pole build radius to 10,000 units from 1,500, units. Initial testing was based on smaller plots, however the map size is large enough to compensate.
Players were having difficulty in securing their internal build to include outer walls and perimeter fences. The workaround was to place multiple plot poles which caused conflicts when overlapping.
Now the radius is large enough to cover all base buildings, outer walls/fences and gates with a single plot pole that locks all doors and chests inside
Adjusted Ranged Weapon durability - Previously set to 5% durability loss every reload in error. Now set to .5% every reload
Added additional code to Melee Weapons to check "if" Player built structures are Wood, Stone, Metal. Melee weapon damage now adjusts and lowers the melee weapon's base damage automatically depending on the crafted structure type (Slighly less for Wood, Less for Stone, a lot less for Metal etc)
Increased durability loss per hit for Machete, Steel Pipe, Firemans Axe, Metal Pick, Spiked Bat and Crowbar
Campsite Caravans are now lootable
