NOTE old saves will be broken since lots of backend changes have been made (hopefully the last major change)
changed item backend to be much more future stable allowing for better save
compatibility between versions
changed tower part stat prefixes to make more sense
added rare spinner turret
added stat modifier that changes tower buildcost
added "take all" button to loot reward menu
fixed crash when trying to buy item without enough currancy
fixed inventory locking when pressing no to "discard loot"
fixed bug that caused issues with tower targeting when firing arc is lower then 360 degrees
fixed level select tooltips not showing correct info
fixed tower buildcost displays showing the wrong icon
