Hello Everyone!
This is just a small update to get some things ready for more! Viewer Mode still on the way along with some new features. A lot of QoL being done each update as well.
Updates
- Cosmic Mode toggle now in Game Options at the top (via v1.2.19.1)
- Improved streamer online detection
- Added a new heartbeat system to better track when streamers are actively running the game
- Streamers should no longer remain stuck as online after closing the game, crashing, or losing connection
- Online streamer lists should now update more reliably for upcoming Viewer Mode
Added clickable Recent Updates to the main menu that automatically pulls the latest Steam news postsFixes
- Fixed a small cleanup issue when closing the game that could leave the main game manager hanging around after exit
- Fixed migrating remaining controls to Unity’s new Input System
- Fixed leftover old Input Manager calls from keyboard, mouse, scroll wheel, color picker, and UI input handling
- Fixed several controls to avoid unnecessary Update() polling where possible
- Fixed up camera hotkeys, UI edit mode, help panel toggle, and color picker input
- Fixed deprecated input warnings and cleaned up input related errors
