Dodge/Block equipment cap set to 90%
The combined Dodge/Block value from equipment is now capped at a maximum of 90%.
Dodge/Block from skills and auras is now multiplicative
Dodge/Block granted by skills and auras now applies multiplicatively on top of the equipment value, rather than additively.
