• Adds drag-and-drop reordering for shortcuts

• Adds option to block microphone input while audio is playing

• Adds quick bar to the main TTS UI (can be disabled in Settings)

Changes:

• Hotkeys now use “Play Over Current” behavior

• Test button now plays the current TTS text if available instead of a random phrase

• Settings no longer block the app and now include an Apply button

• Improves soundboard UI

• Files added to the soundboard now automatically receive nicknames without file extensions

• Fixes hotkeys not clearing correctly when reassigning the same key

• Improves audio device handling and usage stability
