Fixing A Couple Crashes

Nothing huge here, just fixing 2 crashes that have recently been reported

• Fixed a crash in the dumpster where picking up the guns at the Brazil Shrine would crash the game
• Fixed a crash caused by collecting Bell Boy after detaching him in Blimbo City
