Fixes and expanded Chinese Localization

Greetings fellow cultivators!
Here is another batch of fixes.
The Dao Companion system is mostly working, it just needs some polishing before it is done.
Im also working on expanding the chinese localization.

Todays Changes

• Income differences can now be seen in Palace Resource overview panel
• Disciples should now properly need required Gardening level to work at higher grade fields
• Fixed Collection Log Info Panel showing incorrect information
• Building Upgrade cost above level 39 should now have correct costs
• Quick equip should now properly check for equip requirements
