Minor Fix Update

-Fixed a bug in Conductor Mode where the "Pre-closing Announcement" was being graded during the technical stop for train 607A at Fujie Station.

-Fixed an issue where the ITV (platform monitor) on Platform 1 of Hamazono Station was non-functional.

-Fixed a bug on the 3000 and 3020 series where the "Final Notch(最終)" lamp would continue to flash if the reverser was set to neutral immediately after releasing the electric brakes.

-Fixed a bug in the Controller API.

一部修正のアップデート

・車掌モードで607A藤江駅での運転停車時、閉扉前放送の採点がされてしまう不具合を修正しました。

・浜園駅1番線のITVが動かない不具合を修正しました。

・3000形、3020形で電制を使ってブレーキをかけた後、緩解した直後にレバーサを中立にすると最終段ランプが点滅し続ける不具合を修正しました。

・コントローラAPIの不具合を修正しました。
