Here is some fixes and requested QoL

- Fixed the counter for player manuals in the Sect Training Panel
- Added toggle to confirm cancelling missions
- Added toggle to confirm Expel Sect Member
- Fixed crafting tower typo
- Added more information to Tier 12 divination perk
- Fixed boat upgrade cost reduction to also apply on checking upgrade possibility
- Adjusted some logic in Auto recruit
- Removed elemental material cost from Qi pills, increased other costs instead
- Doubled base droprate for Sect manuals
- Added a fix for rare occurence of disciples managing to work two jobs, this is forbidden techniques that is punishable with heavenly tribulations.
