Another small hotfix

- Fundog Out

BUG FIXES & CHANGES
- Choppers
  - Changed part of the chopper logic that would sometimes cause it to teleport in small increments (especially in regions with a lot of undulating terrain).
- Tunnel Loot
  - Minor adjustment to tunnel loot drop percentages.
- Tunnels AI
  - Fixed issue that would sometimes cause AI to die in the tunnels with no obvious reason why.
