Added [slow] and [fast] commands (no parameters) for instant minimum/maximum speech speed.
Added new speech engine Kitten, including 8 English voices.

Fixes:

[slow] and [fast] now correctly trigger achievements.
Fixed Kokoro Voice Mix overriding settings from other engines.
Fixed voice effects not applying to exported .wav files.
Improved keyboard handling.
