Bears mauling youths prototype v0.1.5i

Added a new prototype level where you control two bears and have to maul youths for teasing a prophet. Unlike other levels the aim is to injure people without killing anyone. There is also a KJV version where the victims are little children.

Also:

- can skip Bible passages and conversations

- make victims avoid the player more when you are blocking them
