Major UI revamp across the app with new modern styling and theming foundations.
Added color mode support:
Blended: mixes accent/theme color with background.
Literal: uses only the background color.
Dialogs now open center parent/screen.
Added chunk processing for Piper and Kokoro, speech now starts before full message processing completes, improving time-to-first-audio.
Before a message that took 9 seconds to play, will now take about 1.
*This mostly benefits longer messages.
Improved engine selection behavior.
Added Steam Achievements.
Added "lastbuild" branch, last build can be selected if you dislike current build or if for some reason current build explodes.
Note: I'm not great at design, art is not my strong suit, as evident by the steam store... Feedback appreciated.
