Scout Report Aging Hint
A hint is now shown when a scout report is older than 3 months.
Monthly Wages Overview
Added a monthly wages view to the Finance page.
Interest Level Display
Player interest level is now shown on the Scouting page, including sorting by interest.

On the Scouting page, multiple scout reports are now considered, the report with the highest progress is displayed.
Player Wage Visibility
Wages are now shown in the Player window for signed players.

Matching score is now displayed as a range based on player estimation.

Release penalties are now dynamically calculated based on prestige.

Fixed an issue where passive scouting progress gain was not working correctly.
