2026.4 Projection matrices and exporting fixes.

Hi there,

The introduction of tangent warping accidentally made the projection matrices worse for the rest of the crop region creation and export pipeline.

In this patch we address that by making sure each crop manipulation feature works properly together and restoring the previous functionality of auto-clockwise point sorting. This had to be done in exporting pipeline as well to get visually consistent results.
