v0.6.0 Update: Pre-season 3 Start & Balance Adjustments

Hello everyone,

We have just rolled out update v0.6.0! The main highlight of this patch is the official start of **Pre-season 3**! This update also brings comprehensive balance adjustments, new language support, and various quality-of-life improvements. Here are the details:

* Pre-season 3 has officially begun! Jump in and challenge the leaderboards with all the newly updated balance changes.

* System: Max Cooldown Reduction via stats changed (70% → 60%), CDR Soft Cap changed (150% → 225%).
* Gems:
- Amber (Gold): +12%/level → +20%/level
- Citrine (EXP): +7%/level → +5%/level
- Sapphire (CDR): Displayed -7%/level → -6%/level
- Diamond (Projectiles): +0.5/level → +0.4/level
* Weapons & Items:
- Spinning Sword: Max count 9 → 8, Increase per level 0.6 → 0.5
- Tesla: Base tick interval 300ms → 450ms, CDR per level 2 → 1.5
- LED: Fixed a bug where the effect was not applying.
- Magnet: Max capacity limited to 1.
- Sun Crystal: EXP bonus on level up 40% → 30%
- Pill: Max HP +200 → +100, HP per kill 0.2 → 0.1
- Book of Enlightenment: Stat calculation for Max HP, HP Regen/sec, Additional Projectiles, Pierce, and Reflection changed from Multiplicative to Additive.

* System & Optimization:
- Fixed an issue where a white screen would appear mid-game, blocking progression.
- Removed Steam Dynamic Cloud feature (Fixed an issue causing unnecessary Steam loading after waking the Steam Deck from sleep).
- Applied global processing for hotkeys/shortcuts.
* UI & Controls:
- Added Arrow key and Gamepad menu navigation (Initial improvements to make the game fully playable using only a gamepad/keyboard).
- Fixed a bug on the Steam Deck where the character selection screen was invisible when using a gamepad.
- Added a game loading screen.
- Fixed a bug in the chest roulette where only items of the tier to be drawn were visible on the reel.
- Moved the FPS counter so it no longer overlaps with other UI elements.
- Adjusted the design of the character selection screen.
* Settings:
- Added new language support (Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, Ukrainian).
- Added new resolution options (360p, 480p, 540p).
