Demo 3 Small Update - v0.451

Hey all - went live with some demo fixes! Thanks again for all the feedback

- Thermal Extractor Drill now unlocked from start

- Added a saved game uploader for feedback that actually works, regardless of saved game file size

- Players now regen to 20 health, after 10 seconds of no damage

- Optimizations for explosions / all physics casting

- Fixes for how Relays distribute power, and save/load their connections

- Fix for respawn pod visuals showing when unpowered

- Adjusted Terra foliage, less overwhelming grass

- Adjusted StorageChest costs, half

- Fixed 'Moss' not working as biomass in charcoal kiln

- Fixed some meshing issues with planet
