New Scope Effects, Character tweaks, Character Bios

Little update:

• Biographies for each character can now be sound from the character selection menu.

• Some character encumbrance values have changed

• Adjusted stunt control values for Gogo, easier to control

• New scope effects

• Improvements to various gun animations

• Initial IK implementation for stunts (heavy WIP)
