The modding update is taking longer than expected, so we squeezed in some fun additions.
Bugfixes:
- Fixed multiple bugs related to AI not expanding thanks to Infixo
- Fixed cyclic routes still picking up passengers when they should be picked up going back

- Added play region selection when starting a new game
- Added custom vehicle type combination selection when starting a new game
