Controller and Joystick Improvements

Hello everyone! I was informed that the controller support I had added had a few issues in terms of joystick usage. I had mostly tested the D-Pad for precision, so I wasn't aware of some of these, and this update should patch notably:
- Overworld movement on Cirno should be significantly smoother with the joystick.
- The joystick will no longer be extremely slippery on the menus.I was much happier with the state of the controller after this update, and found a few other general optimizations in menu control as well as for battle menus, so I hope you shall all enjoy it more in future.(Addition - Some Battle replay blackscreens were fixed in a small post-update addendum several hours after this announcement)
