Hello to all English-speaking players of 東方凸凹遊戯!
I`m Toorun12, the developer.
We’ve received some requests for English support, and we’ve begun adding English translations to the game. The following parts of the game now include English text:
(1) Main menu UI
(2) Stage descriptions
(3) Stage gimmick explanations
(4) Character skill descriptions
Over the next week or so, we plan to add English support to most non-story UI elements.
(1) From the MainMenu, press the オプション(Options) button (gray button in the bottom-right).
(2) press the その他設定(Other Settings) button (furthest to the right).
(3) Look for the Language setting labeled "日本語 (Language)", and use the left/right arrows to switch.
(4) Press the 戻る(Back) button (white button at the bottom) to confirm the change — the English UI should now appear.
If you're unsure how to do this or encounter any issues, feel free to ask in the comments below!
