Fixed a number of minor issues:
- Spelling and grammar corrections
- Fixed inverted mouse and keyboard default
- Fix for floating enemies (hopefully it sticks!)
- Text popup for pickups
- Fix missing grenade explosion and sounds
- Weapons now properly shoot and reload automatically when holding down the fire button.
- SMG aims to the centre now
- Fixed janky gun jam sound spamming on reload
