General changes
-Added a setting to turn the world curve off
-Reduced saturation of the map slightly
Balance
-Crit is now capped at 100%
-Getting more crit chance will turn that % into crit multiplier %
Bug Fixes
-Fixed a bug that would cause crits to deal no damage
