Sorry, I only just saw the Steam review message today and noticed a few issues, which have now been fixed.

A bug where the thank-you screen after clearing the trial version could not be dismissed

The unclear location of the language setting

Regarding the latter, there isn’t much I can do at the moment, so I’ve changed the “Options” label on the title screen to display as “Language / Sound Settings” in hopes of making it clearer and more convenient.
Apologies for this clumsy workaround—it's due to my limited technical skills.
