More Features From FeedBack!

Updates:
-Working Mirrors(Can Toggle in Cab)
-Toggle Exhaust(Can Toggle in Cab)
-Camera Zoom in First Person(Scroll Wheel)
-Added Sound to Tail Gate
-Fixed Parking Brake(No longer jolts to a stop and uses existing brakes)
-Fixed Brakes(Braking is more responsive now)
-Added Dumpster Lids(These are being tested in the City Level FreeMode)
There is most likely some other features I have added but its hard to keep track

Whats Next:
-County Map Rework
-Bulk Trash(Will most likely be tested in freemode first)
-NPC's(Still having performance issues with this but will continue testing)
