Update: v0.03 - Regions, Achievements, Stats...

- Added highlighting of objects with interaction
- Fixed the effect of matter for other players in the game (not server owners)
- Added a region system for the server host
- Fixed a bug with AI, it did not see the player when he crouched down
- Added statistics and achievements
