smoother map selection,
added a tiny switch left <-> right weapon button to the shop/loot/update menu,
added an overlaying map: toggle by pressing tab or left stick,
therefor stats cannot be toggled by keyboard anymore (only through the pause menu),
various minor UI fixes,
