- fixed resolution not sticking after reset for smallest sizes
- fixed an achievement not triggering on time
- contingency for fading walls
- fixed some map issues / consistencies
- fixed getting stuck in ceiling (again)
- readjusted charge hits to work properly ( unintended behavior from last patch)
- this does nerf a certain tech but should b ok
