Afterlife Reverie V1.0.1

The first of hopefully not many patches to address the game's issues.

- Added bottom-level killboxes to 5-3 and 7-3
- Fixed issue where last place won't show on the leaderboard
- Edited the VR Headset accessory to not clip through hats
- Added tutorial in the Hub to show how to use Free Cam
