Steam Hotfix v1.1b-1229

Hi Farmers,

This small hotfixes fix urgent issues with our last release:

Bugfixes:

• Fixed no cutscene after achieving town rank A.
• Fixed issue with Precious Gems offering reset to 0 if player already offered some gems. Unfortunately, if player already loaded the game and saves to the next day, we can not recover the lost gems with this fix. We're really sorry about this.

Thank you so much for the feedback and report. We really appreciate it. We're already on our way to fix them, but the above are urgent so we made this small hotfix first.
