(0.0.5.1) Fixes and Halloween event as an option

The trick-or-treat event is now optional.
Enable or disable the event when starting the game.
Note: The Halloween event is replacing the night attacks with the trick or treat event, failing the treat event results in attacks. Successfully treating them, will result in a calm night and a (reward).

Wooden fences can be destroyed
Tree People can be burned with candles placed on the ground.
Option to enable/disable the Halloween event before starting the game

Water ponds is frozen but some people can still take water
The wood pieces from destroying the campfire can't be picked up.
The Character is disfigured while holding a Print Camera
Some of the fallen trees around the initial farm can't be destroyed
