Windowed Mode added, optimized the background picture quality of Commando 2.

This update brings:

1. Added Windowed mode button for the game collection.

2. The map quality of Commando2 has been upgraded from medium quality to best quality, so the graphics are no longer blurry.

3. Dual-wielding machine gun feature returns for Commando 3.
