Idle Space Navy 0.10.7

One more round of bugfixes. Pretty soon, there will be a studio update on plans for ISN 0.11 on the Phoenix Aura website, so stay tuned.

Added a small catch-up CC bonus on Artifact collection to counter effects of Lab ship/weapon level rebalance.

• Fixed a minor bug regarding not preserving ship placements on Artifact collection.

2500 Calibration Chips will be awarded to all players who have pre-0.10.7 saves.
