Made rocket starts more consistent. Hold the brake, keep RPMS between 6,000 and 7,000 release the brake at the race start.
Removed the back buttons from the menu, pressing 'B' on the controller or ESC on keyboard now goes back. The controls are shown for this in the bottom right of the menu.
