Penny's Big Breakaway 1.2.20240313 is now live

This is a hotfix build with the following changes:
- Adjusted ice physics behavior and turn momentum
- Fixed the catcher's mitt crash when using Hot Rod Pepper power-up
- Fixed a progression block in Gala Night 1 where suction pipe doesn't send Penny high enough
- Fixed input lock that could occur by pressing left face button on the main menu
- Reinforced the fix to the Player Cannon in World's Edge
