Update list

• Handbook: Handbook will explain certain things to you so if you don't know something, look in the handbook!
• The horse power in wave 30 has been toned down a bit
• Stone outreach item fixed
• Don't let Gilbert enter your castle now, he will destroy it!
• You can see more entries in the leaderboards
• Buffed hardmode
