Shop adjustments, bug fixes

+ 1.2.1.5
+ A bunch more UI adjustments for screens that were having issues
+ Lowered potion cost for healing and mana potions, which also generate in stacks
+ Adjusted cost of items that have stat bosuses
+ Vendors now generate gear at a much more consistent rate, rather than in chunks
+ Library door no longer shows up as pickable
+ Made bridge in Infested Chambers more noticable
