Small Update

- Player now can't move while crouching
- Increased jump height for all characters
- Fixed player not respawning at right location if they had lives left over
- Changed Pikeman Crouch Animation
- Fixed spots where you could get stuck in different levels
- Can climb hills without needing to jump. Increased slope angle that players can climb
