LK v5.22: New Reaper Ability, New Art, Key Rebinding

Gameplay

• Reaper Blades now disable Reactor Defect when turned on and Jammer is not deployed, improved tooltip
• Reaper's Wire Pivot can now be used to stun enemies

Menus:

• Hotkeys can now be rebound
• Player Select menu fixed not showing maniple difficulty
• Options menu Gameplay tab now has Save As button

Art:

• Burner added a second type of flame to avoid both looking identical
• Earth clouds improved
• Death animation added frames, slowed down
