Stat Tooltips and Balance changes

Changes to stats from items, spells and traits can now be viewed in more details. Effect strength, item location and duration left can be seen when hovering over a stat modifier

More balance changes, particularly for Abilities
+ Increase Collapse damage slightly
+ Crevice now has a chance to stun
+ Ability levels can now be capped
+ Belly Flop, Belch, and Melt no longer end turn, but Belly Flop will end if Hop was used
+ Increased Belch defense reduction
+ Growl no longer ends turn, and also affects Undead
+ Dismay now uses Trumpet properly
