Captions update

This update includes the captions (Subtitles) for the opening scene and certain other scenes.

Bugs fixed in this update:
- You can now continue Slicer's second fight
- Coffee minigame English Tea order fixed
- Made the Club storyline easier to understand.
- Handling issues
