Major Performance Update

- Widget backgrounds will now fully cover the screen
- Total disk size of game is drastically cut down while having no negative effects to gameplay
- Game now uses less ram
- Game now uses less Vram
- Better framerate and now uses Directx11
- Should run better overall now
- Players can push the down arrow after jumping to fall to ground faster
