Latin Pareto is released: 1,000 more words in tiers 6 to 10, the second half of the Latin trunk, with lessons in six languages. Together with Latin Core that is 2,000 words and the whole grammar of the classical language, read-along, in the same Latin voice.
What else changed since the last update
- Revision games for every language. Once a cluster's boss is beaten, its words come back in the revision room: dictation in the pack's voice, cloze sentences, and the typed boss fight, where you spell the answer instead of picking it. The pool is the tier you just cleared, so the practice is at your level.
- Every pack in every interface language. The German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and Russian interfaces now carry every released pack's translations and lessons; Russian and Chinese caught up this month.
- A pronunciation bug fixed. The Italian lessons' pronunciation fields were read as one run of words; they now speak their phrase lists as phrases.
Two notes for Windows users.
- Windows 10: Windows Terminal is required for FlashBoss to render correctly. Please install it free from the Microsoft Store.
- Windows 11: I have been receiving reports of Windows Defender blocking FlashBoss in some situations. The signing verification process is ongoing and an announcement will be made when this issue is resolved.

A note from me. While there are some ongoing difficulties, FlashBoss is now functionally complete, and the era of teething pains is behind us. The content run will continue to the end of the year: Swahili, Indonesian and more. Achievements are coming.
