Bug Fixes:
Penalty shootouts in finals now decide the trophy correctly. Winning a final on penalties will now correctly crown you champion — previously the shootout result could be ignored and the winner assigned incorrectly.
Fixed the CONCACAF Nations League knockout. It was jumping straight to a one-off final between two teams instead of playing proper semi-finals. It now runs correctly: four group winners → two semi-finals → final.
Fixed the CONCACAF Nations League host. The finals were being hosted by European nations; they're now correctly hosted within CONCACAF. (Also fixed a related issue where the wrong confederation's host could be shown when both regions' Nations Leagues were viewed.)
Fixed a schedule glitch when reaching a Nations League final. Making the final no longer corrupts your fixture calendar — this was a knock-on effect of the broken knockout structure above.
