Major Patch 1 - custom mode, new speeds, small rebalances, QOL updates!

The first major patch is officially OUT!
New Features & Balancing:
- Custom Mode: You can now customize your gameplay experience!
- Game Speed Controls: Added 0.5x and 8x speed options
- Added 20 new properties across existing countries
- Max rent now scales with both your Landlord Rating and Player Level
- Upgrades can now be installed while a property is rented (though tenants might reject contractors entry!)
Tenants can now request upgrades themselves:
- Fulfilling them boosts your rating ⭐
- Ignoring them drops your rating and slightly increases the chance they'll move out
- Slightly increased the base chance for tenants to move out on their own
- Rebalanced quest rewards (they now pay slightly less at higher levels)
Fixes & Visuals:
- Fixed the scrolling issue in myGarage
- Fixed a bug causing non-answerable messages
- Locked parking spots will no longer show on the map and in app
- Added a "Manage" button directly to map markers - clicking it opens myProperties right at that property
Performance & Save Data Notice:
- Performance update applied!
- NOTE: Your first load after updating may take a bit longer than usual due to save data migration. Subsequent loads will be smooth!
